Day 41


Well........there it is......my first "10 pounds" lost pic.  10 pounds may be a small portion of the total amount I want to lose, but it's a start, for sure.  The differences are minimal, but I can say that the blue jeans in the first pic are now too big to wear anymore!  Most importantly, I feel better.......am moving more......and eating less!  I'm a little more than 10% closer to my final goal........Slow and steady! Remember.......Everything 4:13!
