Day 46

Well.......here we go again!  My neighbor has talked me into signing up for another 5K. Of course, this isn't your ordinary 5K.....it's the "Color Me Rad" 5K.  Click here to check out a video or here to view the web page.  Apparently FUN is the object of the run and not speed or actual running so I'm not going to stress too much about that part......BUT I am going to start over on Couch to 5K AGAIN (for the 5th time or so).  I've finished it every time, but never managed to stick to it. 

Let me know if you're interested in joining our team......it's May 25th in Tampa.  It's going to be fun!  Children are allowed to participate too, so you can make it a fun family event!  Tomorrow I'm looking forward to lacing up my shoes, getting the C25K app up and running again, and hitting the road.  Remember.........Everything 4:13!
