Well......we had ANOTHER birthday in my family today. My oldest son turned 10! (I still can't believe he is in the double digits!) Of course, with every birthday........comes a birthday dinner and cake! I knew it was coming all day and logged EVERYTHING in and am well into my "extra" points allowance for the week. (On day one!) BUT that is exactly what the extra points are for.........LIFE! Although I technically "cheated" on my diet, I don't regret it a bit! Now, I will just jump back on the WW wagon and keep going......atleast until our NEXT family birthday next Tuesday! Remember........Everything 4:13!
